Broken link on scRUBYt! home page

This link on the home page(http://scrubyt.org/) returns a 404:
http://scrubyt.org/what-is-scrub...
It actually returns which seems to indicate an error document problem as well:
Not Found
The requested URL /what-is-scrubyt-and-what-it-isnt/ was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
